Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing carpetluxrugs@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will replace the defective item with the same product at no extra cost.
RETURN TIMELINE
Requests for replacement due to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving
the order. Any requests made after this period will not be considered. Approved items must be shipped
back within 5 days of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds, and all orders are strictly non-refundable.
In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the
original payment method within 4–7 working days.
LOGISTICAL COSTS
Customers are required to arrange and pay for the return shipping of defective products to our facility.
These shipping expenses will be reimbursed to your preferred payment method within 10 days
after the replacement item has been dispatched.
